  • Journaling Food somehow
  • Not Eating 2 Hours Before Bedtime
  • 45 minutes of Exercise 5 times per week
  • No Sugary Treats
  • Checking in with Another Person in the Challenge
  • Drinking 64 oz of water each day
  • Taking a Daily Vitamin
  • Eating 2 Cups of Fruits or Vegetables
