The joker, red faced with anger, replied- "No single super hero corners the Joker without help, "SHOW ME YOUR SIDEKICK!"

Listener Feedback:

Dear Doug and Troy,

I continue to enjoy listening to your podcast. It was nice to hear some Chuck Norris jokes again. My all time favorite is still from episode 011, listening to Brandt try to share his own Chuck Norris joke.

In the earlier shows when Chuck Norris jokes were given in every comedy corner, I would e-mail the jokes to my brother and sister. My brother Dan seems to have inherited the creative story telling ability in our family and would come up with his own jokes. I collected the jokes and now send them to you in case you ever want to use any.

Thanks again for the great show.

In Christ, Ken

P.S.: Some Chuck Norris Jokes from My brother Dan Tons of them for the future.

From: Dwayne Subject: Hey Guys

Been busy and just now catching up on your podcasts. Glad Doug was prepared to protect his family but didn't have to. Hate to think what would have happened had he not been prepared though.

Also glad to hear that Troy is using his knowledge to help keep his church safe. Both these things are excellent examples of the need for not only responsible Christian gun ownership but a willingness to share knowledge, skills and abilities.

Speaking of being busy I am leaving my current job and taking a new one about 3 hours away. I would appreciate your prayers and the prayers of the other listeners as we try to sell a house, buy a house, find a new church and all the other stuff that comes with relocating. Please pray for God’s guidance and peace so the stress on my lovely bride and daughters can be kept to a minimum.

Take care, Dwayne

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown away like a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned. If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. (John 15:1-8)

NRA Armed Citizen Homeowner kills one of two home invaders, The Hickory Record, Hickory, N.C. 02/25/15

A homeowner in Claremont, N.C. became aware of a break-in attempt, retrieved a 12-gauge shotgun and called 911. A pair of criminals eventually made their way inside the home, but when they came upon the homeowner, the resident fired, striking and killing one of the home invaders and causing the other to flee.

Following the incident, Catawba County Sheriff Coy Reid told a local media outlet, “No one likes to take anybody’s life… But at this point, he thought his life was being threatened and protected himself and his wife, which he has a right to do.” The sheriff also made clear that the suspect who fled could face felony murder charges in the death of his accomplice. Subject: Good show

Erick here writing from Louisville Ky. I enjoyed this weeks show and your impressions on the G30S. I have my eyes of one of those myself and I'm about ready to pull the trigger and get one. If you guys could take a few minutes on the next show and tell me your impressions on it against the xds (which is what I carry now). I love my xds but I like the idea of the extra rounds.

(Troy Says; Lord willing he’ll tell you next week.)

Subject: Love the show

I've just started listening to your show in the past few weeks and really enjoy it so far. I am a Christian, a Veteran, a firm supporter and defender of our Constitution, and a family man. I am also a gun enthusiast and a carry guy. If I've got my pants on, I've got my gun on.

I really enjoy the hearing your opinions and views on Christianity as well those pertaining to firearms and am so happy to have found this podcast. My kids are excited as well because this is one of the few firearms podcast that I'll let them listen to, mostly because of language, the others tend to be a bit more non-kid friendly when it comes to language. So, thank you for keeping it clean!

I have a question for you when it comes to carrying a gun. I feel that if you carry a gun, open or concealed as a part of your daily routine, then it is your responsibility to also carry a bright white light with you. As we all know (or should know) the four universal gun rules, it is not possible to "know your target" if you are in the dark. This is where your light comes in. Also, that bright light is a great non-lethal weapon. Not every fight is a gun fight and having a non-lethal option is even better.

Maybe you've hit on this subject before, if you have, then I apologize for this really long message! If you haven't, then I'd love to hear a show about it and get your opinions.

Take care guys and keep up the great show.

God Bless, Jessie L. Gollihugh

I really enjoy the podcast and wait for each episode. Just finished listening to last concerning Glock vs 1911. Since Doug is the 1911 expert, he didn't say what he carries and recommends? Normally I carry a Glock but might get a 1911 for knowledge. Thanks for all you two do. John

(Doug) Hey John. Sorry if I didn't mention my carry gun. I normally carry a Kimber Ultra Elite .45 with a 3 inch barrel. I also at times carry a Sig 1911 and a Springfield XDS

iTunes Review 3 April, 2014 OccupiedTerritoryShooter (United States of America) Title: God first, as it should be Rating: 5 Stars Guys, thanks for always keeping the proper perspective and addressing two things that I hold dear, aside from my family. God and guns, in that order. A great recipe for a victorious life. Well done mighty men of valor.

Weekly Bible Verse

2 Corinthians 10:3-5 ESV

For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. 5 We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ,
