Carol:  From the book I'm only implementing the cheat day!!!! (my diet is pretty clean with mostly real food, lower carb already)   On the cheat day I had lots of sugary and bready carbs as recommended... Does it work for me?.. more data needed.  Still doing my fairly clean eating on other 6 days.

Zack: Common responses to questions is a smart chapter to include. 30g in 30 min is tough w/o dairy and eggs.

So I was listening to episode 41 in the middle of my 7 mile walk today when you started talking about salad dressings and what you use. I so wanted to call on the spot and let you know what I do. Had to get back and post this right away. I use salsa! If I'm at my favorite Mexican restaurant I get salsa and guacamole! Sorry, I just love it!

YUM John!  Thank you so much for this and for that great video on diet soda you sent us on Facebook!  I love guacamole and salsa!  SUCH a better option than some dressings you can buy.  This is an awesome tip.  Keep this kinda thing coming my friend!! - Carol
