This is Zack’s burger when they were NOT eating out...
Carol: Eating very high fat, moderate/low protein, very low carb (not even many veggies, yikes!). Skipping breakfast (coffee with almond milk throughout morning); Protein and fat for lunch and replacing dinner with 2 Fat bombs (see recipe below). Snack on sunflower seeds (nasty habit!) I feel pretty good and dropped the Thanksgiving pounds that were probably just water weight from the carbs. But I feel lighter, not very hungry and having a lot of calories so I'm liking this.

Carol’s “Almost Pure Fat” Fat Bomb Recipe:
86% FAT, 8% Protein, 6% Carbs
¼ cup of Butter (not margarine… real butter)
¼ cup of Coconut Oil
½ cup of Almond Butter
unsweetened cocoa powder
walnut halves and pieces
mini muffin tin
mini muffin paper cups (optional
Put first three ingredients in a bowl and microwave until the mixture is liquid and mixed well.
Add 1 tsp of Cocoa powder and a few drops of Stevia to taste. Add more until you love the taste!
Fill each mini muffin tin with walnuts (approx 2 full walnuts but in pieces)
Mix liquid continuously so as not to let ingredients settle and separate.
Pour 1 Tablespoon of mixture in each cup over walnuts.
Nutritional Facts: Calories: 157; Total Fat: 15.8g; Sodium: 37.4 mg; Potassium 97.4 mg; Total Carbs 2.6g; Dietary Fiber 1.4g; Sugars 2.5g; Protein 3.3g
