Sandy Drummond from Facebook and Fitbit Group: Just listened to the latest episode with Kefir. Ahahha more confusion lol You are struggling with that last 10 lbs correct? Have you ever heard of JJ Virgin? She talks about how if you are sensitive to a food your weight could be from the inflammation these foods cause. It's a tough diet to follow. I fell off the wagon when I was training for a half marathon while on the diet and felt was losing too much ( can't believe those words are coming from my mouth). You eliminate gluten, eggs, dairy, soy, corn, peanuts and sugar/sweeteners. Think this could be your issue?

James R. Sanders, MFP: Carol!!! I found your podcast through FRN and finally got caught up! I'm a gun guy, a machinist, a musician, a foody and a beer lover. I'm 29 and my fitness and nutrition is more or less maintenance at this point. I'm 5foot9 and when I was 18 I weighed 120lbs, I was tiny!! It took about 7 years to hit 150lbs and considered myself in great shape. 2 years ago I hit 170lbs and had to change something to prevent the 30 year old landslide. My journey is the opposite of most of your listeners but gaining weight, healthy weight, is a struggle all the same. I love the show, good info and interesting ideas! I'm not sure if I'll keep up with this MFP thing, but we'll see!!!
