Carol: Very motivated by listeners and friends who have joined in on the juice fast.  Thank you!  I’m still kinda starving, but thank you!!


Jake: via email: Still running 6 days/week, fastest personal mile at 8:41 yesterday, Eating really lean most days, 38 carbs and 11 fats yesterday fell off the wagon on Monday with 90 carbs and 131 fats), Only have 2 smaller belt holes left on my belt.


Carol: Don’t beat yourself up if you don’t last the whole juice fast.  Or if you fall off the wagon in any health endeavor.  Good on you for trying!  And for all the healthy nutrients & benefits you've gotten in the process!  Keep at it!
