Lorraine Becker in Houston, Texas Sometimes I have great intentions of preparing meals ahead of time but then LIFE happens. Its really hard to eat healthy at ballparks. I know the “pack ahead” concept but sometimes that just doesn’t happen. Then it can be discouraging if you have one of “those” weeks. Tips on reassessing from week to week/day to day rather than thinking the four month goal is shot over a bad week.
Cici from Pueblo Colorado Do you believe in cheat days? I am not sure I want to live in a world with no dessert at all. Don't need it every day.
Tracy Gray from Austin, Texas: My family is not supportive. I get a lot of negative feedback when I try to limit my carbs. How can I stay motivated when I'm around people who bring me down?
Questions from Carol: 1) I'd like to kick my Diet Coke addiction but I love it too much. I want it in my life. Where to start? 2) My obsession with my scale is unhealthy. I am scared to stop weighing daily as that is when I usually stray off course. Any advice?
