James S. (Winner of CAP sights on GGR) I am 6'2". I got up to 270. When I first started dieting my goal was 210. I am now at 203 and I have changed my goal to 190. I have been at it about 10 months.

On my comments last week about the Fat Guy show, I too am a former fat guy. I lost my weight the old fashioned way...quadruple bypass, morphine and depression for 3 months. I concede that your methods may be a little easier and won't envolve splitting your ribcage in two.
