Great show, The greatest, impossible to find a better one.

Troy,

I ordered a shirt about two weeks ago, it came in the mail two days later. That is faster than the big internet stores, I am impressed (and a very cool shirt also). I am up to podcast 112, listen to it all day at work.

Wish list:

Rifle - have all the rifles I wanted

Shotgun - Same

Handgun - 2 Ruger Vaqueros in .357 mag.

Ammo - all I can buy.

Living in New Jersey, makes it a challenge (high taxes, low pay).

In the bible Jesus told us to to pray in secret, why do churches pray out-loud during the service? It would seem that they are doing what we were told not to do.

I am very glad you do not pray on the podcast.

Troy, Doug,

To borrow a line from  Rush Limbaugh: you two have talent on loan from GOD!

Keep up GODs work

Sir,

I was listening to your podcast this week and continue to hear you promoting Frog Lube. I have looked into it at my LGS, but I can't justify the price just to try it out. You had mentioned reaching out to you for samples. I would love to try it out if that offer is still on the table.

I have been listening for a few months now and enjoy your show every week. Keep up the good work and keep fighting the good fight. God Bless!

very respectfully,

Andy Wrenn

Cover wear

Hey Troy...

I have been thinking about a topic I would love you and Doug to cover.  I am always having a heck of a time with clothing to cover my weapon and not print. As you know I'm a smaller frame which makes it very hard to conceal a larger pistol.  Maybe this is something you guys could cover or maybe I missed an episode

God Bless

Mike

Ps did you make it out this way?  We headed back to MT and WY hitting Yellowstone again Grand Teton and Glacier.

Police: Father shoots home intruder who tried to start fire

Police say a father shot a home intruder in the stomach after the intruder broke into his family’s home and attempted to start a fire early Sunday in Central Lubbock.

Police responded to a burglary call about 2:15 a.m. Sunday in the 3700 block of 28th Street, according to a statement from Lubbock police spokeswoman Tiffany Pelt.

Officers arrived to find the suspect lying on the floor with a single gunshot wound to his stomach.

The victims, a family of six, told police they were sleeping when the man broke through a back door and entered their kitchen. One of the victims heard the man and alerted his parents there was an unknown man in their home.

The father told police he warned the suspect he had a gun, police were on the way and he needed to leave.

“At that point, the father says the suspect told the family to get out of the house as he poured lighter fluid on the floor and attempted to light it on fire,” the statement reads. “The father says he told the suspect to stop or he would shoot, but the suspect became more agitated and began approaching him until he could no longer back up. The suspect was then shot in the stomach.”

The man, whose name was not released, was taken to Covenant Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. None of the home’s occupants were injured.

Detectives with the Lubbock Police Department’s Persons Crimes unit were called to investigate. No arrests were made by late Sunday morning.
